Booking Terms and Conditions
Pre-payment of 30% of the total amount to confirm your booking and guarantee your reservation. Your deposit will be taken as your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions below. The balance of 70% to be paid in cash, on arrival. If you cancel 45 or more days prior to arrival, payments are refunded in full less a handling fee of 30€.

(If guests require a more flexible changeover time, please let us know as soon as possible).
- Only those named at the time of booking will be accepted for occupation
- Clients are requird to obtain adequate and appropriate travel and personal accident insurance cover
- We cannot accept responsibility for events beyond our reasonable control or failure of utility services
- Guests accept responsibility for the accommodation, notifying us of any damage/breakages as well as loss of keys.
- It is important that you notify us immediately in the event of a complaint. We are unable to deal with complaints once guests have returned home.
- Guests with young children must ensure that they are supervised, especially in unfenced areas and the swimming pool area.
- We do not accept liability for loss of life, injury or personal accident, or loss of possessions during your stay.
