Location

Thanks to its marvellous location, Rancho Sentosa's guests can comfortably undertake daily excursions to numerous tourist attractions in the region. There are also ample opportunities to discover the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside as well as tennis (Lew Hoads Campo de Tenis & Restaurant), golf, horse riding, aquatic sports, or simply walks in the surrounding hills, all within easy reach. The charming, white village of Mijas*(10 minutes by car) offers banks, restaurants and cafes as well as numerous shops.

Directions

On leaving Malaga airport your journey time to Rancho Sentosa should take approximately 17 minutes 21.3 kms (GPS co-ordinates: N36º34´29.18" - W4º38´01.42")
Go over the roundabout past the San Miguel brewery on your right. Keep to the dual carriageway going right and following the signs to Algeciras. DO NOT GO OVER THE BRIDGE towards Malaga. You will join another dual carriageway (N340). Stay on this road for about 2 Kms and look for the exit for the E15/A7 Benalmadena/Algeciras which is a slip road on the right after which you will have joined the E15/A7 to Benalmadena/Algeciras.

Continue along the E15/A7 for about 10 minutes. When you see the exit at Km 217 (Mijas/Benalmadena) you are getting near but do not take this exit. GPS is wrong here.

Keep going until you see the point where the E15/A7 forks. The left fork goes to the new toll road and the right fork is the remaining part of the old road signed Fuengirola/Algeciras (214). DO NOT get into the middle lane but keep RIGHT. After about 1 Km the road forks right again. Take this slip road signed Fuengirola/Mijas (213). At the end of the slip road is a large blue roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout – direction Mijas Pueblo. You are now on the Ctra de Mijas-Fuengirola (A387)

Keep going. You will pass Tecnyges on the left followed by a Restaurant called Villa Varsovia also on the left. When you reach the Restaurant look immediately to your right (BEFORE the roundabout) and you will see a little road with signs including one for Rancho Sentosa. Turn right here. Then take the next right by Villa La Esquina – follow the dirt road down to the left and you will come to the gates of Rancho Sentosa. Guest parking is to the right of the main gates (a white stoned area).
