Location

Thanks to its marvellous location, Rancho Sentosa's guests can comfortably undertake daily excursions to numerous tourist attractions in the region. There are also ample opportunities to discover the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside as well as tennis (Lew Hoads Campo de Tenis & Restaurant), Club del Sol (Calahonda) with its excellent clay courts, golf, horse riding, aquatic sports, or simply walks in the surrounding hills, all within easy reach. The charming, white village of Mijas*(10 minutes by car) offers banks, restaurants and cafes as well as numerous shops.

Directions

On leaving Malaga airport your journey time to Rancho Sentosa should take approximately 15 minutes.
You will join a dual carriageway going to the right. Go over the roundabout past the San Miguel brewery on your right. Keep to your right following the signs to Algeciras. DO NOT GO OVER THE BRIDGE towards Malaga. You will join another dual carriageway (N340). Stay on this road for about 2 Kms and look for the exit for the E15/N340 Benalmadena/Algeciras which is a slip road on the right after which you will have joined the E15/N340 to Benalmadena/Algeciras.

Continue along the E15/N340 for about 10 minutes. When you see the exit at Km 217 (Mijas/Benalmadena) you are getting near but do not take this exit.

Keep going until you see the sign for Km 214 at which point the N340 forks. The left fork goes off to the new toll road and the right fork is the remaining part of the old road signed Fuengirola/Algeciras. DO NOT get into the middle lane but keep RIGHT at this point. After about 1 Km the road forks again to the right at Km 213. Take this slip road signed Fuengirola/Mijas (a black and white sign). At the end of the slip road is a large roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout – direction Mijas.

Keep going. You will pass two buildings on the left, one called Tecnyges, followed by Bellinis Restaurant. BEFORE the roundabout in front of you, look for the Rancho Sentosa sign on the RIGHT hand side of the road and turn right here. Then take the next right, (noting Villa La Esquina on the corner) – follow the road down to the left. You will come to the gates of Rancho Sentosa. Guest parking is to the right of the main gates, you cannot miss it (a white stoned area).
